Agenda
Production Workshop Part 2: Alpha to Launch
This year’s Production Workshop examines every stage of the game development lifecycle, from Conception to Launch, highlighting the critical hard and soft skills required to successfully navigate them.
This session is a deep dive into solving complex, real-world problems. Far from a "Production 101" course, this is a fully interactive day featuring roundtable exercises and collaborative discussions. Beyond the planned curriculum, participants are encouraged to workshop their own past and current challenges with the help of facilitators and peers.
The afternoon also features a panel of experienced producers representing a wide range of expertise, from Casual and Mobile games to AAA, Co-Dev partnerships, and Publishing. Following the panel, the day concludes with a “Quick Fire” mentoring session where attendees will have the opportunity to sit down with the speakers for direct insights and advice.
While we encourage attendees to join us for the full day, you may choose to attend only the morning or afternoon sessions.
Hosts: Brynley Gibson (Independent), Dave Ranyard (Dream Reality Interactive), and Fleur Marty (Gearbox).
