Kirsty Gillmore is a creative freelance Voice & Performance Director, Casting Director and Dialogue Producer. In 2021 she was selected for the prestigious BAFTA Breakthrough UK programme as a Voice Director for Games. She has directed and cast actors across the globe for games, animation and audio drama for projects ranging from AAA games to podcasts. Recent credits include Baldur's Gate 3 (Larian Studios), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (Infinity Ward), Luna Abyss (Bonsai Collective), Synapse (nDreams), action-comedy animated children's series Shasha & Milo (Tencent) and adult animated series for Netflix. Trained in theatre directing, Kirsty has directed and taught at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (UK), Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (UK) and Guildhall School of Music and Drama (UK). In 2022 she developed and taught one of the UK's first full-length undergraduate modules in Acting for Video Games, at Institute of Contemporary Theatre. She has been a juror for the BAFTA Games Awards, BAFTA Film Awards and BAFTA Young Game Designer Awards. She is currently working on The Quiet Things for Silver Script Games and titles for Nexon and Robust Games. Kirsty has also worked in professional sound for over twenty years, sound designing award-winning audio dramas, theatre and opera productions and short films. Her recent work includes sound design for the all-star Audible Original audio drama series The Sandman: Acts II and III, based on the acclaimed graphic novels by Neil Gaiman.

Jason Latino is the Cinematic Director for Larian Studios. He oversaw the creation of the cinematic department, tools, and pipeline throughout the development of Baldur's Gate 3. Jason joined Larian in 2019 after the closure of Telltale Games where he worked as a Cinematic Artist and Director on games such as The Walking Dead: Season 1, Wolf Among Us and Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy for 9 years.

Lidstone, Greg

Greg Lidstone is an animator, storyboard artist and performance capture director with over 20 years of experience making television and games. Originally a 2D animator and storyboard artist he transitioned to from children’s television to games in 2005 working for BioWare as a cinematic animator on the original Mass Effect series. Over the years he’s directed hundreds of motion capture sessions and picked up a few tricks along the way. Most recently he has been working as Larian Studios Performance Director alongside writers, actors, animators and developers creating Baldur's Gate 3 and future projects.

Randelshofer, Stefan

Stefan's passion for Audio made him work in various fields of Audio production over the course of 25+ years - spanning from band and orchestra recordings to TV and Movie Sound Design and interactive audio installations. The last ~17 years he solely focused on Game Audio and shipped and worked on 15+ game titles such as Battleforge, Risen 3. Anno 1800, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, Prince of Persia: The Dagger of Time. He established and lead audio teams in companies like Electronic Arts, Piranha Bytes and Ubisoft. At the moment he is the Audio Director of Larian Studios and recently shipped Baldur's Gate 3.

Vincke, Swen

Swen is the founder of Larian studios and game director on Baldur's Gate 3. He's been making games since 1997 and is best known for his work as programmer, designer and director on the Divinity series which includes Divinity:Original Sin 1 & 2.
